CosmicSMP is a Minecraft Strength Economy SMP server. It's like a Lifesteal, except it uses "strength" instead of "hearts." Also, if your strength gets to -5, you'll be banned until you can get someone to use a revive beacon to bring you back.

Features include free kits, auctions, a shop, PvP, voting rewards, and many others. The server also has an online store, allowing you to buy things like crate keys, bundles, and more.
