Polycraft is a Filipino cross-play Survival and Factions server for Minecraft Java and Bedrock. Its gameplay is mainly vanilla, and more game modes may get added depending on what players want. Polycraft is in offline mode (aka cracked), so after you connect, you will need to register for the server.
