CatCraft is a Survival Minecraft server designed for adult players and focuses on creating a community-oriented experience. The server started its first season on April 4, 2019, and recently launched its second season in December 2021 to take advantage of the new biomes and world generation introduced in the Minecraft 1.18 update.

The goal of the CatCraft server is to create a long-term world, gradually expanding the world border as new updates are released. It currently runs on version 1.20.1 and has a world border set at 15k in every direction. While the player community is relatively small, ranging from 30 to 80 active members, the administration team is dedicated to maintaining the server and providing various quality-of-life options.

In addition to the Survival server, CatCraft offers a Creative server with world edit capabilities and an Event server prepared for monthly UHC events, community-planned activities, and the occasional mod-pack. The server also utilizes Bluemap for both Creative and Survival modes, as well as a Discord Chat Bot. To join, players will need to apply through its Discord server to be whitelisted.

Server Rules:
1. Don't be toxic, steal, dupe, or grief.
2. CatCraft is strictly a 21 and over server. It is not child friendly. Swearing is fine, within reason. If that makes you uncomfortable, this may not be the place for you.
3. PVP is turned on. This is not an excuse to be an jerk and snipe people. Play fair, help the loser pick up their stuff, and return all the things. See rule 1.
4. No hacking. No x-ray. No duping. No forcefield. Whatever might give you an unfair advantage.
5. Pranking is fine, within reason. Don't destroy someone's stuff, or cover it with TNT and call it a prank.
6. In your application, please include your favorite breed of cat.
7. Patch up creeper holes, fully chop down trees, and don't leave dirt towers around.
8. Sign your stuff, keep the server easy to navigate.
9. Don't kill withers in the over-world. Just don't. It never goes well. Under the end portal please.
